  1. In calculation of remaining shelf life of pharmaceuticals, you are required to use only the standard formula and method shown in the official website of this Department and mention clearly the value calculated as at the date of debiting in the Debit Note under the relevant drug and batch number.
  1. Further, you should submit originals of Analysis Reports for drugs that require such reports for debiting process. On such occasions where you fail to submit originals of Analysis Reports, only copies certified by those who signed the originals of such reports will be considered as valid copies for debiting process.
  1. Please note that the above regulation will come into force with effect from 19.08.2019
